Mohan, the popular yesteryear hero, is back on big screen. The Mounaragam and Mella Thirandhadahu Kadhavu man will be seen playing a negative role in a upcoming Tamil flick.
To be helmed by a former associate of popular director S J Surya, the project is expected to hit the screens soon. ‘Mohan has bagged a meaty role in this project,’ sources said.
Mohan has acted in Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam films, but his main contribution was to Tamil cinema where he has acted in over 80 movies.
At the peak of his career, Mohan took up challenging negative roles in films like Nooravadhu Naal (1984) and Vidhi (both were blockbusters in 1984). He also performed in comedies like Sahadevan Mahadevan and Rettai Vaal Kuruvi.
