Kochadaiyaan becomes Vikram Simha

That Kochadaiyaan is simultaneously being made in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English and Japanese is no more news. The latest is that the film’s Telugu and Hindi versions have been named Vikram Simha.

The forthcoming film of Superstar Rajinikanth has raised a lot of expectations and it is getting ready to hit the screens in the middle of September.

It is said that the decision to name the Telugu and Hindi versions as Vikram Simha was taken since Kochadaiyaan is a pure Tamil title which might not be understood by the audience there.

Being directed by Soundarya R Ashwin, the younger daughter of the Superstar, Kochadaiyaan has music by Oscar-Grammy winner A R Rahman. Lyrics are by Vairamuthu. The film is being made on 3D using motion capturing technology.
